Terms of Service
The conditions for using RhymeFrame, including Beta limits, content rights, AI limitations, and acceptable use.
These Terms govern your use of RhymeFrame at raplyricsgenerator.app and its related services. By accepting them or using the Service, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to use the Service. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to bind that organization. Before your first AI request, you must confirm that you own or have permission to process submitted lyrics or other content.
The Beta requires Google sign-in before the first AI request. Maintain control of your Google account and devices. You may not share, sell, transfer, or create accounts to evade limits or collect additional free entitlements.
2. The Service
RhymeFrame is an AI-assisted text editor for generating, analyzing, revising, and formatting rap lyrics. Features may include text-based estimates of syllables, density, rhyme patterns, clichés, structure, and constrained rewrites.
The Service does not analyze an actual beat or performance, guarantee that lyrics fit a beat or cadence, edit Suno or Udio audio, provide an official Suno or Udio integration, determine copyright ownership or infringement, or provide legal, music-production, publishing, or professional advice.
3. Free Beta and entitlements
The current Beta is free and does not collect payment-card information. An eligible account may receive one Starter Project, including one generation-or-analysis workflow, local analysis, up to three AI line-rewrite requests, and one export flow, subject to displayed limits.
Promotional access is not cash, property, or a guaranteed entitlement. We may withhold or revoke access associated with abuse, duplicate accounts, automated use, or policy violations. Failed, timed-out, safety-rejected, provider-error, or unparsable AI requests do not consume the corresponding entitlement.
The $5 Project Pack and $9/month Pro references are non-binding interest tests marked Coming soon — no charge today. They do not create an order, subscription, reservation, or promise of launch.
4. Your content and AI output
You retain any rights you have in submitted lyrics and content. You represent that you own the input or have the required permissions, and that it does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, transmit, format, analyze, modify, and display input and generated results only as reasonably necessary to provide, store, secure, troubleshoot, and protect the Service or comply with law. The license ends when content is deleted, except for temporary backup copies and limited records that must be retained.
As between you and us, RhymeFrame does not claim ownership of your output. You may use output personally or commercially subject to applicable law, these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and provider terms.
AI output may be inaccurate, similar to output provided to others, or unsuitable for your intended use. We do not guarantee output is exclusive, copyrightable, original, non-infringing, or fit for a particular beat. You are responsible for human review, editing, clearance, and publication decisions.
5. Acceptable use
The Beta supports clean, brand-safe rap only. You may not use the Service for profanity, sexual content, drugs, graphic violence, diss tracks, harassment, illegal activity, rights violations, privacy abuse, exploitation of minors, or imitation of a living artist. Automated access, security bypass, reverse engineering, quota evasion, and attempts to obtain secrets or other users’ content are prohibited.
We may refuse requests, remove content, limit access, suspend or terminate an account, or preserve and disclose information where reasonably needed to enforce these Terms, protect the Service, or comply with law. Read the full Acceptable Use Policy.
6. AI providers and third-party services
AI features depend on OpenRouter and eligible model providers. We intend to require zero-data-retention, no-data-collection routing and to fail closed when no qualifying provider is available. Availability, models, latency, output, and provider terms may change.
Suno, Udio, Google, OpenRouter, and Cloudflare are independent third parties. References to Suno or Udio describe a text workflow only. RhymeFrame is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by either service.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The Beta may change, pause, or end at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, a specific model, or future pricing. Keep your own copy of important work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or that output will satisfy artistic, legal, commercial, or technical requirements.
8. Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RhymeFrame will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, profits, opportunities, goodwill, or business; or claims arising from publication or use of input or output. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD $50.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold RhymeFrame harmless from third-party claims arising from your input, your use or publication of output, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Changes, termination, and contact
You may stop using the Service and delete your project or account through available controls. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal risk, security, abuse, or discontinuation of the Beta. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue.
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Material updates will receive notice and, where required, renewed acceptance before continued AI use.
