Privacy Policy
How we handle account information, lyrics projects, AI processing, optional analytics, retention, and privacy choices.
RhymeFrame (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an AI-assisted rap lyrics generator and editor at raplyricsgenerator.app. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you use the Service. RhymeFrame is intended for adults age 18 and older.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you sign in with Google, we receive the minimum information needed to authenticate you and operate your account, such as a stable Google account identifier and verified email address. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, or unrelated Google services.
Lyrics projects and settings
We process topics, stories, keywords, lyrics, section labels, editing choices, selected generation settings, custom banned words, generated drafts, analyses, warnings, rewrite candidates, and project state needed to provide the features you request.
Please do not include personal information unless it is necessary and you have the right to provide it. Lyrics may reveal sensitive facts or opinions. We do not use lyrics to build advertising profiles or infer sensitive characteristics.
Usage and operational information
- Starter Project redemption and feature-usage counters.
- Request identifiers, timestamps, status and error codes, model/provider identifiers, token counts, latency, and estimated cost.
- Rate-limit, fraud-prevention, and security signals, which may include IP or browser information.
- Records of Terms, Privacy, and analytics choices.
Production logs are designed not to contain lyrics, topics, generated text, banned phrases, OAuth tokens, session secrets, or full provider requests and responses.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary cookies or browser storage support authentication, security, OAuth state, CSRF protection, abuse prevention, consent preferences, and draft recovery. Google Analytics 4 is optional and does not load unless you choose Allow analytics. Analytics events must not contain lyrics, prompts, topics, generated text, banned phrases, rewrite candidates, email addresses, or internal account identifiers. See the Cookie Policy.
2. How we use information
- Authenticate users and manage accounts and entitlements.
- Create, store, analyze, rewrite, and export projects at your direction.
- Restore projects, avoid duplicate deductions, and recover from failures.
- Prevent abuse, fraud, security incidents, and policy violations.
- Monitor reliability and control AI costs without logging project text.
- Understand aggregate product usage when you consent to analytics.
- Respond to support, privacy, and rights requests and comply with law.
We do not use your lyrics to train our own AI model, and we do not permit Google Analytics to receive lyrics or generated output.
3. AI processing
When you request generation or rewriting, we send the project text and settings needed for that request to OpenRouter and an eligible underlying model provider. A rewrite may include the selected line and limited surrounding context.
We require routing controls intended to use a zero-data-retention inference endpoint, deny provider data collection for training or improvement, keep OpenRouter prompt and response logging disabled, and fail the request instead of using an endpoint that does not meet those requirements.
Zero data retention does not mean content never leaves RhymeFrame. OpenRouter and the underlying provider must process a request in transit. Provider availability, terms, and practices can change, so eligibility must be verified before production use.
4. How we disclose information
- Cloudflare for hosting, compute, database storage, network security, and abuse prevention.
- Google for account authentication and, only after opt-in, Google Analytics 4.
- OpenRouter and eligible model providers for AI inference you request.
- Professional advisers, transaction counterparties, law enforcement, or other parties when reasonably necessary or legally required.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The Beta does not use targeted advertising or remarketing.
5. Retention and deletion
Project content
Starter Project content is automatically deleted from active project storage no later than seven days after creation, unless you delete it sooner. Deletion from backup or recovery copies may take up to 30 additional days; those copies are not available through the normal product.
Account and operational records
Active account data is retained while the account is open. Following account deletion, active account data is deleted or de-identified within 30 days unless limited information is needed for security, legal, or dispute purposes. A minimized record may be retained for 12 months to prevent repeated collection of one-time promotional entitlements.
Operational and security logs are generally kept up to 30 days. GA4 event data is configured for two months. Support requests may be kept for up to 24 months, and consent or Terms-acceptance records for up to three years after account deletion.
6. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of relevant information, and may withdraw optional analytics consent at any time. Choosing necessary-only cookies does not prevent use of core features.
Submit a request through account controls when available or email support@raplyricsgenerator.app. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account. We do not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.
7. Security, international processing, and children
We use transport encryption, access controls, secret management, data minimization, log redaction, rate limiting, and time-limited storage. No system is completely secure. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the Service, providers, or law changes. Material changes will receive additional notice or a new choice where required.
